I was very impressed with the whole experience. The salon has a good location, it is beautiful inside and has a separate room for shampooing. Carmine who cut my hair was super friendly (as was the receptionist) and most importantly: he gave me an awesome haircut and really took his time to make sure it was perfect. I showed him a picture of what I wanted to look like and he promptly gave very good advise for how to achieve it. Excellent service!!!

the staff was lovely, the salon looks great, I was offered tea/coffee and even chocolate. they also have a dog! I would give it 5 stars, however, the ultimate goal was to get a blow dry, which was disappointing. unfortunately my blow dry didn't even make it home (I live 5 minutes away). the problem is my hair rather than anything else and I let the master know that my hair is very thin, however, it still didn't work out.
