Terrible, booking a deluxe pedicure, you would expect more than a random massage chair with a portable pedicure bucket. The girl who gave the pedicure was very nice but after years of pedicures in NYC and London, the cost does not justify the service. My nails were only partially painted and although I stayed for almost a half hour waiting for them to dry, they still smudged. I can deal with the smudging but the painting was poor. I returned to show management, thinking they cared enough to compensate me for the poor job done, but they were unconcerned, confrontational and obviously not interested in the quality of their service. Give it a miss and find somewhere friendly who gives a good pedicure.

Hair Colouring
First time at Twentuno and had a great experience. The haircut and colour were really good, the salon itself was very attractive and clean. Staff very attentive and friendly - the only thing I would say is that sometimes there was a slight language barrier when trying to establish what I wanted with the colour, so took a little while to make sure we were on the same page - luckily it turned out really well. Also brushing my hair when it was tangled and wet was quite a painful experience, head felt a little sore the next day!
