Where to start. I told the lady to be careful with my cuticles as I have sensitive skin, she ignored it and went ahead. Left 3 of my fingers with cuts and they were burning under the LED lights. Uneven nails, poor quality products and lumpy gel polish. She didn’t even checked if I was happy with my nail shape before proceeding. Happy birthday to me 🥲

It’s a veryy neat job I can’t fault that, but the atmosphere and the attitude from my technician was pretty crappy. Not really listening to what I want in terms of shape or length and generally just being a bit off, borderline rude. Also very expensive compared to other places where you get as good a job done.
