My appointment felt quite rushed (perhaps because it was towards the end of the day and staff seemed keen to get home). The £10 off for new customers is just a hook to get you to book in. I was told ‘I don’t need the full benefits of the manicure I had booked in’ and thus received the express version which lasted 20 minutes but was charged at the same promotional price as a full gel manicure. Worst of all - my gel nails lasted exactly 6 days before starting to chip off, unusual for me as I often keep gel nails for 2.5/3 weeks. Would not be going back there.

I had to wait for my nail stylist to arrive for 10mins before having my acrylic nail extensions rushed so I could leave on time. They were okay, not even in length and very thick on the nail but this would be okay for a few weeks BUT 2 nails came off the next day. I went back to have them fixed which was easy enough however, 2 days later 3 of the extensions came off my nail, whole! They basically peeled off. I like the salon and the colours but I won't return.
