CRN usually does a perfect mani but this time was not good - removal was rushed+rough, and the cuticle work gave me a deep painful cut that is still scabbed. Within a day I noticed imperfect edges of my manicure and my nails felt so much weaker, it’s now been less than 5 days and two nails have cracked. The vibe in the salon was rushed to make up time for lost appointments. I suggest you to keep customer service as the first priority to keep standards high and keep customers coming back.
