my nail technician was really nice, she did a good job on my mani pedi. the salon is nice and modern looking inside, but this comes at the expense of some of the equipment you would expect to see in a nail salon - no foot spas and no massage chairs (instead you have a big arm chair and a bucket for your feet).
i had to deduct a star as whilst my technician was absolutely lovey, i went with my sister and had noticed her technician (woman with dark red hair) was rude to her throughout and she did not receive the nails she wanted from her - so that put a dampener on the whole experience.

It was really good and I liked the lady doing it - only thing was I was charged 10£ on top of my treatment for gel removal which I think is super steep!
