Disappointed . I liked the place. Good music, bright colours, cleverly done up and definitely a place I could have seen myself going back to as the whole vibe is great and I am a local. Technician was great and detailed. However I paid £52 for a deluxe pedicure and I only got a normal pedicure really. I didn’t get the hand massage which was advertised on the treatment when I booked it and also found out on the day that the same treatment was available for £34.90
This is what happens when you pay the service in advance. When you feel you did not get the service you’re out of pocket already and this is unfair. I understand it helps preventing no shows but nevertheless here I am disappointed.
I wasn’t offered a drink of anything.
For £52 I was expecting more. I am disappointed And I am not the type of person to complain ever..
