I was very happy with the manicure and pedicure. However, it ended up being a bit more pricey than I would have expected. I spent over 100£ for removal on hands and feet (which according to their website should be free of charge when you get a new set), gel pedi and new acrylic set...

Before applying the gel, they made my nails thinner and now they are breaking constantly. After they removed the gel (after making me wait 25 minutes when I was on time for my appointment, with no apology for the wait) they used the electric tool to thin them AGAIN (I only found out that's what it's for afterwards) and the strengthening polish they applied has done nothing to help. My nails are ruined and keep breaking and won't grow as quickly as before.
