I really love the color of my nails and the shape is great. However, I think I was put with a trainee manicurist and the cuticle-cutting was quite painful and I bled on 4 of my fingers.
Notwithstanding the above, I'll come back but will perhaps specify who I want next time around rather than going with the first available person.

I've been here several times and have always had a great experience until now. The first thing I noticed when I left is that a few of my nails had been filed unevenly, making the nail crooked. This wasn't a huge deal since most people wouldn't notice that detail. However- one of my nails chipped on day 2, with 2 more nails following suit by day 4! I've never had a gel mani chip so quickly, thus the point of getting gel. I was out of town and couldn't go back for a repair and was pretty unhappy about the result.
