The manageress decided I didn’t need a full manicure and downgraded my manicure to an express manicure. My nail tech said that was to compensate for getting French polish but then the manageress insisted I pay an extra £15 on top anyway at the end. It seemed like they didn’t want to honour the Treatwell offer to me tbh.
