I booked this for my mum and I who had come up to London especially but as per London transport we were 15 minutes late! Even though the salon was back to back with bookings, the staff were beyond accommodating and spent so much time and effort on our nails (from cuticle removal, buff, file, gel, nail repair) would highly recommend going here
