Such an unpleasant experience. I was looking for a new nail salon in London and this place looked cool but can safely say I will never be returning. Quite unfriendly, especially who I’m assuming was the manager or at least the most senior technician who was borderline rude when I came in and enquired about removal for acrylics v apres, zero customer service skills especially for a new client who had never visited the place before. The lady who did my nails was a trainee, and the paint job was very rushed at the end because she ran out of time and had another customer waiting. One finger had to be redone because she had not covered the nail but this looks even worse now - all bumpy! Such a poor job. It was the same price as with a non-trainee too! The colour was not what I asked for, she had painted two nails but the bottle of gelish was at the end, so instead of getting a new bottle the manager said to ‘just use this one as it’s virtually the same colour’ and plonked down this different polish on the table, and when I queried this the trainee said it would take her too long to do gelish anyway. I felt awful throughout the whole thing, so unwelcome and at the end I was clearly pretty upset with the service but the manager could not have cared less - just took my extra money for the removal and that was it. Someone who cares about a high level service wouldn’t have charged me that extra for removal due to the rushed job and mistake at the end. Honestly shocked by how cold and indifferent she was. Wanted to cry when I left and that’s not how you expect to feel after paying £66 for a treatment.
