It felt a bit rushed considering the appointment was meant to be 50 mins but it only took 25, not sure if I had been forgotten about or passed on because I wasn't getting nail art. Didn't get the hand massage, I think I actually got giving the express manicure even though I had booked a proper one. A few imperfections on the manicure but overall good quality. Looked like they gave a lot of care and attention to the customers getting nail art.

Booked an ombré on gel x but was advised ombré doesn’t come out well on this type of extension so Emmi kindly did a flame design instead even though it took a bit longer and ran into the next appointment. Was very happy with the result :)
