I specifically requested for Tinu on App but got Hannah instead. Her treatment hurt my finger and one part bleeding unfortunately, it’s still hurting now after a day.

So disappointing. Paid £45 for a shellac manicure, the technician was 15 mins late to begin with which wasn’t a big problem to me but then she proceeded to clip my cuticles so quickly and hard that she cut 3 of them, one of them is now blackened with the dried blood. She didn’t even say sorry. In 20 years of manicures I’ve never experienced such awful service.
I requested to see some of the chrome and glitter colours which they promote on their website but she declared curtly there was no time for that - even though it was her who was late and what I was requesting takes an extra 5-8 minutes.
The paint on my nails is all over my cuticles. One of the nails she redone but didn’t even get it within the nail that time round. I get people have difficult days but this was the worst shellac I’ve had Unfortunately.
Everyone in the shop was complaining due to the delays or their booking not having what they requested on it.
There are so many great places that do nails now. Nobody should have to put up with such bad service for such a price. Go elsewhere.
