The staff was rude and unprofessional. They mess up twice with my appointment and to do not lose me as new client they told me by phone I would have been granted 10% discount. Once in the shop they did not have the tip of the shape that I wanted and then they made me pay 54£ pound. The treatment was 50£. They took 10£ for gel polish removal. Bad behavior and treated me bad.
