I’ve been here before and never had an issue with waxing. But I think my therapist was new to waxing. It was very painful - the strip wax wasn’t coming off properly, probably because the skin wasn’t taut enough, and I ended up with a lot of rednesss. It also took a long time, a lot longer than I’m used to, and there were quite a few hairs missed.

I had acrylic infills done. I am very satisified with the result. They are in the shape that I wanted, they are thin and look almost like natural nails - the way I personally prefer.
The job did not feel rushed like in many others nail bars. The lady really took her time to do my nails as I wanted.
