The staff was very polite and attentive to my needs. The gel manicure could be better, but it is good enough for the price. I also appreciated the disinfected tools in a sealed plastic bag that the technician used on me. Very professional.

Not a great communication with the customer plus not a friendly environment, while I was having my manicure they made me to stand up and go back to wait for 40 minutes in the middle of everything to get the nails finished, making me feel out of place when I had a booking in the first place. The girl who made my nails really hurt my fingers because I have some marks in my nails and she somehow thought it was polish...

Have been here a number of times now - always do such a great job! Especially funmi and emmi so meticulous with their detail. The strengthening overlay is worth the extra £10 makes your gel last weeks longer and nails loads stronger 🙂
