Acrylics were done carefully and neatly but took a VERY long time, and the nail tech was not friendly. Nail art was fine. Experience could be made much better with friendlier staff.

It was ok. The staff weren’t particularly friendly - no one to formally welcome you and then I was kept waiting, but they were efficient. Mine kept wiping the top of her nose with tissues (I think she was sweaty) and then used a couple of them to clean equipment that was then reused. I specified that I wanted my nails to be short and she didn’t really do what I wanted despite asking twice. However, there are a fantastic range of colours and the pedicure seems to be keeping well. Overall an average pedicure.

I would really love to rate this higher as had a good experience & my nails look really cool but they have already started to peel off on a couple of fingers after less than two days which I’m not particularly impressed by.
