I’ve been coming to colour riot for over a year now after searching high and low for the perfect nail salon since moving to London. I book via the app and request the same technicians and more often than not I’m moved to someone else without being told beforehand. My last visit here involved a half hour wait for my appointment as the technician was running late, for my nails to be started by someone else and left halfway through the job sat there for another 25 minutes to sort the backlog of late appointments, before another technician continuing on my nails and not doing a great job. She cut my nails before I could answer that looked too short, and had lost half the length I had them at. The polish was all over my cuticles and the technician was clearly not having a good day and the final result was not worth the £60 price tag. Please be aware the high price charges should reflect all quality going out of the salon, and this was not how I should’ve spent £60.
