Salon running 20 mins late, was with a different therapist than who I booked with, wax took 3x longer than normal and missed a number of patches. Just told her it was fine so I could get out of there... Not returning.

Usually really love coming here, but the person I had doing my nails this time really wasn’t great. The shape of the nails are not what I asked, and some are wonky. She pushed my cuticles back so hard before any softener was applied, which hurt. She then kept picking at my cuticles, that 4 of them were stinging because she’d gone too far. There’s also smudges on 2 of the nails. Really disappointing, because as I said it’s usually great.
