It was very easy - I arrived 10 minutes early and was attended straight away by Hannah. All of the employees were really friendly and easy to talk to. I was happy with my gel nails, very good value for money. Overall very satisfied.

The treatment was good but overpriced, I’d expect a hand massage and a complementary tea or coffee to be included for the price. The atmosphere is a bit hit and miss 😕
