I paid for an intensive manicure but there was no soaking, no moisturising, cuticles were cut while dry (which was painful). Also, top coat was applied unevenly so it really doesn’t look as good as it should.

The staff was extremely nice and the atmosphere in the salon is nice. However, three of my gel nails peeled off after less than a week
