atmosphere was nice and all staff seemed relatively friendly however my acrylic set felt very rushed and not as thorough as i was expecting for £52. my nail tech felt uninterested and i had to ask a few times for her to make all my nails the same length and shape. she cut into my finger with the nail file causing it to bleed quite a lot and although did say sorry she wasn’t particularly apologetic. the manicure is decent and the nails feel sturdy but there are definite cheaper and better salons
