I got a quintessential pedicure and was burned by the callus liquid that was used. When I told Olha she said are you sure. I said yes it was burning while I was under the UV light. Why the solution wasn’t cleaned off before the gel was applied is beyond me. In addition, I got my pedicure on Monday and one of my nails has already popped off and it’s Sat. I’m sorry but this is unacceptable.
