I was a regular customer here and on the first occasion that I couldn’t make an appointment (because there were severe delays on the underground which I messaged their Instagram page about as soon as I could) they were extremely not understanding, lacked any kind of sympathy and did not let me re-schedule my pre-paid appointment. This goes to show how much they value loyalty in customers. I am very disappointed and will not be returning.
