2 stars because the technicians were lovely and the decor was nice but unfortunately the experience & outcome were very disappointing I was passed from one technician to the next without being told what’s happening. At no point was I asked any question. The treatment of the cuticles was very painful. I’ve been left with terrible nails. The coats of nail polish were not overlapped, leaving me with horrible layers. One of my nails has a hair stuck under the polish..save your money & go elsewhere

Amazing service!!! I wasn't sure anyone could fix my nails because they were so damaged and bitten but I was amazed with the results! I can't wait to go back
