I always go to ColourRiot and usually love it. Hannah was amazing! This is not her fault. ColourRiot is more expensive than other salons, and that's because it's better-- usually. This time it wasn't. Hannah had to go between me and another client at the same time. I felt rushed and didn't get the usual vibes or nice outcome. If I'm paying more for a service, I expect it to be done properly: you need to have more people on and give your staff appropriate workloads. Don't overwork people.

Amazing salon, the ladies are so friendly and professional at the same time. Natasha suggested the right colours based on what I was looking for and I’m so happy with how the nails look! Definitely will be back
