I don't think it's professional to talk about other customers in front of customers, it just makes me uncomfortable. Manicure was ok, expected for an express mani. Did not check with me if I was happy with shape before painting. Pedicure was awful. Cut my nails way too short almost close to nailbed. The polish was not applied neatly and it just looked horrible. Took it off when I got home and re-did it myself. Overall, would not recommend this place and will not be returning.
