The salon is always super clean and welcoming. Katie is professional yet friendly and reassuring. She discusses with you what she thinks and listens to your ideas arriving at the best cut, colour and blow dry for your hair and lifestyle
It’s a ‘me’ treat every time I go and my only regret is that owing to circumstances I cannot go more regularly

Katie knowledge and skills are exceptional. She guided me through each stage of my colour treatment. She looked after me and check if I needed refreshments and breaks. Fantastic finish and I'm really pleased with the new colour and style.

Have you ever had your hair done and hated it and just paid the bill, said you liked it and went home for a little cry? That was me until Katie. Katie took the time to ask what I wanted and to look through photos of hair I actually liked. She then made a miracle happen. She offered advice and guidance and was honest about expectations. She took the time to really understand me and my hair and didn't give me the hard sell for rubbish I didn't need. She made me feel like a model for the day.
