This was my first visit to Manchester Massage but I'll definitely be back. Elena was really kind and helpful and knew exactly what to do to help me with the issues I'd been having without me even having to tell her in detail. I'm really grateful for the advice she gave and I'll definitely be coming back to see her!

This is the 2nd time they messed up, first through group on, but we gave them a chance, but this time they tried to blame us that we booked wrong on their website. The owner’s girlfriend (proudly showing off) was simply rude and useless, probably because as she said to her colleagues, we are under staffed. To make matters worse we waited a hour to be seen, as no refunds, then given a 35min massage instead of 50mins. A joke, ripoff and don’t give them the benefit of doubt, go elsewhere, stressful
