I went with lower back problems after not stretching properly before a work out. I had been in agony unable to bend very well for weeks, After the deep tissue I felt initially quite tender but a day or so after I have so much mobility there and relief of pain. My massage therapist was really nice, very friendly and professional. I will be returning in two weeks for a follow session with her. Couldn't recommend the treatment more.
