Business owner refused to give me a detailed receipt of my treatment - so I could claim back with my employer. Owner called me at 19:30 the same day after my massage and rudely informed me that he would not provide me with any details literally screaming over the phone me he “didn’t have time”, clearly trying to intimidade me for whatever reason. He also stated that he would not give me the name and qualifications of the therapist - which made me very suspicious. When I tried to explain why I needed it, I was faced with more abuse as, according to the owner, I paid through Threatwell (which is not true as I paid by card just before the massage). Very unsettling phone call to get after getting home from the treatment.
Very unfortunate as my massage was great and I would definitively go back had this not happened. A business run by a man like that don’t deserve to thrive.

I had to wait a little bit and at the end of the massage, my massagist left because she had another client so the massage was finished by another massagist. But both of them were really nice so I loved this experience. Would love to come again!
