I had a bit of drama on arrival (understatement) and each member of staff I dealt with were just wonderful, reassuring and understanding. My treatments were excellent too. Would happily recommend Manchester Massage to anyone and will be returning myself! x

We rescheduled via Treatwell, but their system re-booked it a day earlier, not allowing us to make any changes/cancellations to the booking.
We lost £50 in this booking error on our 5th wedding anniversary because neither Treatwell nor Manchester Massage were willing to rectify the booking for us.
It’s a shame because we were both coming to this venue for over a year, once or twice a month. We also brought together over 30 new clients to them in this period, but none of that mattered. Terrible
