A brilliant experience overall, very friendly and offered me advice throughout about my body alignment to help with reducing back pain. Reassured me and the massage overall was very relaxing and enjoyable and I was able to go away with a better understanding of my body. I am now able to get additional help to help with my upper back and shoulder pain. Great environment and very clean.
