Booking said with Anisa, day of was reassigned to Sara. Receptionist is blunt.
Had to fill out a form since it was my first time there, took me maybe 3 minutes to do. Figured a few minutes wouldn't dig into my time slot as it was listed to be a 50 minute massage, my appt was for 10-10.50, massage was done at 10.48 per the clock on the wall.
Additional staff chatting loud as they congregated at the stairs.
Underwhelmed by the experience.

Me and my husband loved the massage it was a well deserved, especially that we had lot of knots and we came out refreshed feeling a lot light. I will recommend you guys to family and friends.
