When being called by the therapist to follow her from the reception area we had to shuffle through a lot of staff who were sitting down and having a social chat in the walkway. Once we arrived to our massage room, the room wasn’t ready, yet the member of staff told us to start undressing. As were undressed, another lady came in as said the bed isn’t ready yet and to stand and wait so she can make the bed. (I was naked) I’m running out of words however my 60 min session was only 42 mins.
