Had a lovely Swedish massage with the therapist however, I am rating the overall experience as 3 stars because of the unprofessional receptionist. Got there a couple minutes before my appointment and I was standing for at least 2 minutes before she even acknowledged my presence. When she finally decided she was ready to address me her greeting was “yes” as though I was begging. I’d expect to receive better service for somewhere that increases their prices every few months for 45mins of service.

The massage was excellent and the therapist was very attentive and skilled. However, the session was 40 mins instead of the 50 mins we booked despite being there on time and the receptionist wasn't very welcoming.
