Prepare for a hard and tough massage that will get all of your tension and knots out. If you are sensitive or looking for a relaxing massage then choose the other one.
This one is brilliant to iron out those serious aches and pains, but prepare to be a bit bruised afterwards. Exactly what I wanted.
