Anisa was just amazing and very gifted. She explained what she was doing and why. She talked me through my tension areas and provided some self-care advice; which was much needed and appreciated. I will most definitely book her again.

Anisa was amazing this morning, knew what she was doing, was knowledgeable explaining the key areas where my tension was and was able to empathise with a lot of my pains...she finished with the most relaxing head massage and I left feeling great! After the massage I was given exercises to do which I will be doing and look forward to going back again soon!
