The massage therapist seemed distracted. I soon realised she was on her phone during the massage as I could feel it vibrating on the bed. She was also massaging me with one hand and continued to keep doing the same spot over and over clearly as she was distracted. Very very disappointed as I have had previous good experiences. When paying for a service I do expect someone to be engaged in it, however I was left in a bad mood and anything but relaxed.
