the massage was good as before however I felt dismissed by the therapist's comment that she does "hard work" but there seems to be the same situation with the shoulders as 3 months ago suggesting that my everyday streches and walks not enough

First of all it was not a deep tissue massage rather a soft Thai oil massage.
Secondly it was not Nicole
It was disappointing
There was no face pillow and by the time the 30 minutes finished my jaw was hurting due to that space/hole that you put your face to be able to breathe.
I was desperate for a massage and this was the only place open BUT l will not repeat same mistake of coming back.
My advice is not everyone can do deep tissue and Thai massage and deep tissue are very different!
