My issue with the venue itself was that somebody or several people clearly smoke inside the whole building and that recently! Not exactly what you want to smell during your massage, cold smoke. Secondly, it felt a little shady in the basement and was rather dirty.
Concerning the therapist herself, she was fine, but I filled out a form beforehand on which I stated that I did not want my head to be massaged. She did not read the form and massaged my head. I had to ask her twice to stop!

Felt like the massage was rushed and no technique or care was put into it. Did not enjoy the massage at all was very awkward.
