I booked my mum in for a back massage and she said Anisa was great. Lots of pressure applied to get all her knots out, she was impressed with the techniques used as she hasn't experienced them before with other massage places. A day or two after, she is definitely feeling the benefit.

it is REALLY worth it. The combination of massage was very much of what I needed. I didn’t realize how tight my body was until the session was over. Oh boy was it tense but afterwards I felt so much relief. I would recommend anyone to give it a try.

Never had a deep tissue massage before, but realising now that it was just what the doctor ordered.
The therapist I had was extremely experienced and really helpful.
Was sore the day after but I can really feel the benefits now. Will definitely be returning in a month's time to get another
