Greeted with a happy face who was very helpful and welcoming. Massages were wonderful and relaxing ,therapist detailed massages before hand. Relaxing atmosphere. Would highly recommend.

Found the whole experience unprofessional & anything but relaxing. I get more of a head massage at the hairdressers. Left if anything with more tension knowing I'd spent £30 on something I'd really looked forward to & needed.
