Receptionist and multiple members of staff rude upon arrival, mocking my girlfriend's name for being difficult to pronounce which ruined the rest of our experience.
During the massage, my therapist didn't say a word, ask about pressure or anything.
Neither therapist took into account the form filled in at the start asking which areas we do not want massaged.

Alex was very skilled and professional and I felt very relaxed throughout the entire hot stone massage. Only criticism being that the receptionist was not very welcoming and did not say any goodbye when leaving the venue. This is quite important to consider if you want to provide excellent customer service. Would still return back because the treatment was very good.
