Our therapists were both lovely and so friendly/welcoming. We could not have had a better experience. My therapist noticed my neck was hurting and provided me with a sheet of stretches/exercises to do to help with my sore neck, this was very informative and really felt like going the extra mile to make us feel welcome and happy even after the experience had finished.
