Very disappointed. Opted for hot stones as very tense but left even more tense! Really doubt my therapist has a qualification in hot stones, very poor skills- stones were digging into my bones, it was very uncomfortable & left me on edge.
Treatment ambiance far from zen with the noise they were making with the stones..
I had to re ask for focus on my neck and shoulders (as previously wrote on consultation and told to therapist). Didnt have full 50 minute treatment time either, disappointed

This was my second time back and it keeps getting better. I’ve had chronic back pain for years and have had every massage in the book. But none like this one. The therapist knew exactly where to push, what I needed, and coached me through some breathing techniques to ease the tension all the while being attentive to my needs. I highly recommend this place.
