Receptionist was cold. The massage room was in the basement, we got given space to get ready before the massage but rushed out after. I was massaged by Monica and my partner by Veronica. Monica was very considerate and asked if everything was okay. However my partners experience was different with zero communication. Both ladies ignored the form that we had filled out stating which parts we don’t want massaging. One of the ladies had a runny nose and cough which ruined the relaxing atmosphere.
