When we arrived the reception lady was lovely. When we were being massaged, the lady who was massaging commented on my legs, and made me feel really uncomfortable. I suffer from psoriasis which isn’t contagious but I saw disgust on her face and she said very loud during the massage what’s this on your leg I can’t do it here. This made me and my partner very uncomfortable. I understand that she may not want too, but she should have been educated enough not to comment and simply leave that section which would have been fine. There was also a lot of noise and ‘clunking’ during the massage. I actually ended up quite upset when I was leaving, it’s made me feel very self conscious about a skin condition I have no control over. It’s unfortunate as without that I think I would have had a better experience.
The place was clean however I would definitely not return, if anything I feel conscious about having a massage ever again.
