Receptionist was cold. The massage room was in the basement, we got given space to get ready before the massage but rushed out after. I was massaged by Monica and my partner by Veronica. Monica was very considerate and asked if everything was okay. However my partners experience was different with zero communication. Both ladies ignored the form that we had filled out stating which parts we donโt want massaging. One of the ladies had a runny nose and cough which ruined the relaxing atmosphere.

Great massage. Only for 45 mins not the advertised 60?. Need to leave time to find a parking space.

Alina has a lot of experience and knowledge, she's made my arm feel better and got into the areas that needed attention rather than going off what she thought was right she went into what I was really needed, don't get me wrong it was painful, but to feel real benefits from chronic pain you need someone to get into the right areas, i felt she listened to my needs and was adaptable, I was very impressed with this service and all round treatment.
